I see, but when i set checkcollision to be true, it will not be able to find one, which confuses me.
Thank for referring me to that post, i will definitely check it out!

Mico Arm Collision Free Motion Planning
Dear Developers, I am trying to perform collision free motion planning on Mico arm, but couldn't get it to work. I attach the scene file here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3-BbMZ2bCmNRU1DcGV2dFE0bGM/view?usp=sharing The goal is for the arm to reach micoTarget1 while avoiding collision with othe...

simulated kinect rendering techniques
Hi Marc,
May I know what the simulated kinect rendering technique is?
Do you use any 3D ray casting algorithm to generate the point cloud?
Thanks a lot
Yours sincerely,
Juekun

replace motion planner of vrep with our own
Dear Marc, Is it possible to replace the vrep default motion planner with our own motion planner written outside vrep? How difficult is it to integrate our own motion planner (no collision checking is required) into vrep? Also, if it is not too difficult, could you instruct on the process of integra...

question about kinect_visionsensor filter dialog
Hi Marc, I have been experimenting with the kinect sensor to obtain a depth map of the scene, but i am confused by the returned values in the "show filter dialog-->Extract coordinates from work image" whose return values are: (1) point count along X (2) point count along Y (3) point1 x (4)...

Kinect model in vrep
Hi Marc, I was wondering what the underlying rendering method or model you are using to simulate the kinect point cloud of the scene. How accurate is the kinect model? If there is noise added into the kinect, what is the noise model for kinect you are using? Those questions are important to me since...

Problem with touch sensor on mico hand
Dear Marc, I have some questions about the force sensors on the mico arm In addition to the two sensors on the tip portion of the finger, I added two more on the left and the right side of the finger. The four force sensors are highlighted in the image here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3-BbMZ2b...
