Graph tooltip position reversal

When looking a a graph placed in a fixed window (not floating), a tooltip comes up with the coordinate point when hovering cursor on the line. The problem is when you try and look at new data points on the right hand side of the graph this tooltip goes off screen and is unreadable. This also happens at the top of the graph.

Could you make this tooltip position adaptive depending on cursor location? Ie. show on left side of selected point if it will be off screen to right, or show below selected point if off screen on top?
