Hello,

I am currently using an older version of CoppeliaSim (CoppeliaSim_Edu_V4_7_0_rev4_Ubuntu22_04) because the code I am working with is incompatible with the newer versions. I have already registered, but when I try to obtain the registration key through the pop-up window, I receive a message stating that my version is too outdated to register.

Unfortunately, I cannot dismiss the pop-up window, as it disrupts and halts the simulation process. Is there a solution to resolve this issue?

can you tell me what is incompatible with the newer CoppeliaSim versions?

Next time that window pops open, just send us the displayed UID, and we can generate a key.
